Murchisons Graduate Program
What’s included
Company Induction
Graduates are introduced to the ways of working at Murchisons, through a detailed onboarding process. Induction includes company cultures and values, benefits and perks, job-specific skills, performance expectations, and everything in between.
External Training Program
Monthly training sessions over the first 12 months, that not only focus on technical training, but also the other skills that are required to become a future advisor to clients.
Murchisons College
A two-week intensive personal development course providing the skills and knowledge required to fully understand Australian Taxation and how to process individual and business tax compliance.
Murchisons Mentor Program
To give an additional helping hand and sounding board, you will be paired with a mentor within the firm. Together, you’ll establish goals and an action plan, then quarterly meetings will allow for progress check-in on these goals.
The Chartered Accountants Program
Murchisons provides paid study and exam leave to allow graduates the time to successfully complete the course, plus we reimburse the cost of each module upon completion.
Ongoing Personal Development
Here at Murchisons, we don’t just care about professional development: your personal development is important too. Regular parties and other social gatherings provide opportunities to celebrate successes and get to know your colleagues.
